Getting started

  1. Open the invitation email and click the link. The page “Access your account” opens.
  2. Enter your password twice (“Password”, “Password confirmation”).
  3. Tick the three boxes: “I have read and accept the Terms of service”, “I accept the Data Processing Agreement” and “I have read the Privacy Policy”. The button does not go through without all three.
  4. Click “Save”. You are in the application.

At every later sign-in, after the password, we also ask for a code: “Enter your code”. The code comes from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator and similar). If you do not have it at hand, click “Send me a code by email”; the code is valid for 10 minutes. Two-factor sign-in is mandatory for therapists and cannot be turned off.

The application takes you straight to “Create Profile”.

  1. “Full name”: how clients see you in the application and in emails.
  2. Picture: choose a file, then drag the picture to place it inside the circle; the “Zoom” slider enlarges it.
  3. “Bio”: a short text the client sees.
  4. The box “Email me session reminders (24 hours and 1 hour before)” is on; untick it if you do not want reminders.
  5. “Finish setting up your profile”.

You change the profile later under Settings → Profile (“Update”).

After the profile, the home page opens with the welcome tour, which ends with a button to the Clients page. There, click “Add clients”, enter the name and email, optionally pick a package, tick “I confirm that the client is an adult (18 years of age or older)” and click “Send Invitation”. Details in Clients.

Once the profile is done, the home page shows a short tour once: the page dims, the part in question lights up, a card with a sentence or two, buttons “Next” and “Back”. Four steps around the home page, then a button to the Clients page. While the practice has no session yet, the page opens empty and the tour fills in each part it points at with a sample day: three sessions with made-up names, one with the join button, and figures in the overview. None of it is saved and it disappears as soon as the tour ends. The first time you open the Clients page it has its own short tour: the invitation, packages and messages, then a button to invite the first client. “Later”, Esc or closing ends a tour and it does not start again on its own. Start one again from the “?” button in the bottom right corner, with “Tour of this screen” or “Welcome tour”; a tour started that way shows your real data, never the sample day.

In the bottom right corner of every screen sits “?”. It opens a menu with the tour of that screen (where there is one), the welcome tour and “Guide”, which opens this help right at the page that explains the screen you are on.

The navigation is on the left (on a phone behind the icon with three lines):

Item What is there
Dashboard Today’s sessions, the week’s calendar, practice overview
Calendar All sessions; moving and deleting
Clients The client list; each client’s page with record and notes
Messages Conversations with clients, unread count
Subscription Plans Packages your clients pay you for
Revenue Client subscriptions per package, expected and collected revenue
Settings Profile, practice, messages and blocked clients, features, danger zone

The home page (“Dashboard”):

  • Today: today’s sessions by time, with participants. A session starting in less than 5 minutes is highlighted and gets a “Call” button; that takes you into the video call.
  • Calendar: the days of the week and the sessions of the selected day; “Today” brings you back. This is a view only; scheduling happens from the client’s page (see Scheduling).
  • Overview: sessions this week and today, active clients per package, this month’s revenue compared to last month’s.
  • After every session a question waits here, “Session with …, on … What happened?”, with one-click answers.

The Professional plan is free for 14 days. In the last quarter a bar at the top says “Your free trial ends in N days” with an “Upgrade now” button. How the subscription is activated: Your subscription.
