Everything is on the page Settings → Features. Two plans:

Plan What it gives Trial
Professional Running the practice: clients, scheduling, messages, revenue 14 days
AI notes Session recording, transcription, summary 7 days

Professional starts by itself, as a trial, when the practice is opened. Each plan shows a status: “Trial” with the days left, “Active” with “Renews on …”, “Payment past due”, “Canceled” with “Active until …”, “Expired” or “Available”.

On the plan’s card, “Start Free Trial”. No card is needed.

  1. On the plan’s card, “Subscribe”. “Confirm your subscription” opens with the monthly price.
  2. If a company pays, open “Buying as a company or sole proprietor” and enter “Company name” and “Tax ID (PIB)” (9 digits). The fiscal receipt then names the company. The details are remembered and changed under Settings → Practice.
  3. Tick “I agree to a recurring monthly charge to my card until I cancel, and accept the terms of service”.
  4. “Continue to payment”: the bank’s secure page, where you enter the card. Card details never pass through the application.
  5. Back in the application, “Processing your payment” shows until the bank confirms (the page refreshes itself), then “Payment successful” with the receipt: plan, amount, order number, authorization number and the link “Verify the fiscal receipt (Tax Authority)”. The same receipt and the PDF arrive by email.

The plan renews by itself from that card. Seven days before each renewal an email arrives with the amount and the date.

For a psychotherapy practice “Subscribe” works once our team has verified your professional licence; until then the page shows a note, and the trial works regardless.

“Cancel” on the plan’s card. The plan stays valid until the end of the paid period (“Active until …”) and until then “Resume subscription” brings it back with no new charge. After the end the plan switches off: for Professional the navigation keeps only Dashboard and Settings, and clients see that the practice is unavailable. Nothing is deleted; a new subscription brings everything back.

The “Stored card” block (last digits and “Valid until”) → “Update the card”. The bank checks the new card without charging and it takes over renewals. Before the card expires the block is highlighted and an email arrives.

The charge is retried on days 1, 3 and 6; an email follows the first failure, and the last attempt comes with a warning and the switch-off date. The plan keeps working the whole time (status “Payment past due”, “N days before it switches off”). The button “Pay now and update card” takes you to the bank: pay what is owed, enter a card, and the plan is active immediately. If you do nothing, the plan switches off on day 8; the data stays and a new subscription brings the plan back.

  • Last quarter: the bar “Your free trial ends in N days”, button “Upgrade now”.
  • Near the end: one email.
  • Expiry: 3 days of grace, the bar “Your trial has ended. Upgrade within N days”, everything works.
  • End of grace: the plan switches off, as described above.

The price you bought at stays. A price list change comes by email at least 30 days before the first renewal at the new price; cancelling before that keeps the old price until the end of the paid period. Withdrawing within the legal period returns the money to the card, with a refund fiscal receipt by email.
