A “?” button in the corner. On every screen, bottom right, a “?” opens a menu: the tour of that screen, the welcome tour and “Guide”, a link to this help opened right at the page that explains the screen you are on.

A welcome tour on the first visit. After the profile, the home page shows a short tour once, over the real screen: today’s sessions, the calendar, the overview and clients, then a button to the Clients page. While you have no session yet, the page opens empty and the tour fills in each part it points at with a sample day (three made-up sessions and figures in the overview) that disappears as soon as the tour ends. You invite the first client from the tour, on the Clients page; the “Invite clients” screen after the profile is gone. The first time you open the Clients page it has its own tour: the invitation, packages and messages, then a button to invite the first client. “Later” or Esc closes a tour and it does not come back on its own; start one again from the “?” button in the corner.

The “Activate your practice” screen fits the window. While a practice has no plan, the home page is no longer taller than the window, so the logout button in the left bar is visible without scrolling.

Clients are asked about transcription only once you turn on such a plan. The consent question reaches clients from the moment the practice has a plan that records sessions. The answer is remembered: who declines is not asked at every sign-in, and can give consent later on their profile. The client’s page also shows “declined”.

Today’s sessions follow the practice’s day. A session shortly after midnight no longer lands in yesterday’s list: the day ends at midnight in Belgrade.

The daily invitation limit shows before the form opens. Once you have used up the day’s invitations, clicking “Add client” returns to the list with the limit message at once.

An active plan shows its next renewal date. On the Features page, under the “Active” badge, “Renews on …” says when the card is charged next.
