Packages and revenue
This is the money clients pay you. What you pay for seansa.rs: Your subscription.
How to create a package
Section titled “How to create a package”- Subscription Plans → “New package”.
- “Name” (for example “Individual session”), “Price”, “Session duration” in minutes, “Description” and “Package color”. The colour shows in the calendar and on the client’s page.
- “Create package”.
The starting packages (individual, couples, group) are already there from the template; change or archive them freely.
How to edit, duplicate or archive a package
Section titled “How to edit, duplicate or archive a package”On the package card:
- “Edit”: name, price and duration change in place, then “Save”. The new price applies to new assignments; a client with a price adjustment keeps theirs.
- “Duplicate”: a copy “… (copy)” for a variant (another duration, another price).
- “Archive”: the package takes no new clients, existing ones keep their history. The application asks “Archive this package?”.
- “Add clients”: opens the invitation with this package preselected.
How to assign a package to a client
Section titled “How to assign a package to a client”When inviting (“Subscription tier”) or later on the client’s page → “Edit Member”. There is also “Price adjustment”: a discount or surcharge for that client only, fixed or in percent, with a reason only you see.
The client does not see prices or their package in the application; you agree on the price outside it.
Revenue
Section titled “Revenue”Revenue → three figures and a table:
- “Expected Revenue”: the sum of the monthly prices of all active subscriptions.
- “Active Subscriptions”: how many clients are on which package.
- “Collected”: payments per currency in which they were collected, with no conversion.
The table: client, package, price, period and subscription status (“Active”, “Past Due”, “Canceled”, “Pending”, “Inactive”).
If you change the practice’s currency (Settings → Practice), package prices are not converted: the numbers stay the same in the new currency, so update them by hand. Earlier payments stay in the currency they were paid in.
